Sonoma Co. Sheriff’s deputy who shot Andy Lopez promoted to Sergeant

The Sonoma County sheriff's deputy who shot and killed 13-year-old Andy Lopez in 2013 has been promoted to sergeant, a sheriff's office spokesman confirmed today.
