San Mateo County supervisor wants to crack down on distracted walking

San Mateo County Supervisor David Canepa plans to introduce a resolution Tuesday to encourage state lawmakers to pass some sort of law - to crack down on distracted pedestrians, those who walk with their eyes glued to their phones in crosswalks. Allie Rasmus reports
