Deadly accident near Castro Valley snarls traffic

A black sedan ended up clipping a semi-truck early Thursday morning, causing another semi-truck to swerve, killing the driver of that second rig and causing a traffic backup for miles, the California Highway Patrol said. Leigh Martinez reports
