Oakland police chief insists she didn't lie over the ICE raid

Oakland police chief Anne Kirkpatrick says she did not lie about helping HSI agents this summer. "I parroted and took the stance of what I was told. Under no circumstance did I lie." As for trusting another law enforcement agency, she said "We've always had that culture where we could rely on each other and their position of trust as well as assurances."
