OUSD employees find bank accounts overdrawn due to payroll glitch

Thousands of Oakland Unified School District employees woke up Wednesday morning to find the funds from their paychecks missing from their bank accounts. That's because a mistake of a reverse direct deposit occurred, although how it happened is not clear. Rob Roth reports
