San Francisco fire crews rescue woman from fourth-floor balcony

The San Francisco Fire Department got a two-alarm fire a five-story residential building early Tuesday morning, which displaced six people and prompted the rescue of one woman from a fourth-floor balcony. Allie Rasmus reports
