Father detained by ICE returns to family in San Jose
A San Jose man is back home with his family Monday night, after being detained on an immigration hold for the past six months. ICE agents arrested Fernando Carrillo back in October after he dropped off his child at day care. However, a judge has decided he can stay. Azenith Smith reports.
