Richmond man arrested after sexual assault of Palo Alto teenage jogger; similar assault in Oakland

Police detectives arrested a 29-year-old Richmond man on Sunday morning in connection with the sexual assault of a high school-aged jogger in Palo Alto last month, and who they believe may be connected to another assault in Oakland on property owned by the East Bay Regional Park District.
