Iowa Congressman introduces 'Mayor Libby Schaaf Act' over ICE 'obstructions'

A bill bearing Oakland Mayor Schaaf's name was introduced to Congress on Monday by Rep. Steve King (R-Iowa) for her warning the sanctuary city and community of an impending large-scale ICE operation earlier this year.
