California at center of the political scene

Once again California and its leaders are being targeted. The latest is Iowa Republican Steve King's call for a Libby Schaaf act, aimed at imprisoning leaders like the Oakland mayor who don't cooperate with federal immigration policies. Christien Kafton reports.
