Recording of crying children at border adds to outrage

There was a new outcry on Monday over an audio recording that was leaked that claims to capture the sound of children, just after they were separated from their parents at the U.S.-Mexico border. The president has been trying to shift blame to Democrats, but critics say he could end this separation practice anytime he wants.
