Fatal crash on Highway 24 in Oakland

A person died and at least three lanes of westbound state Highway 24 at Broadway were closed early Wednesday due to a major-injury, multiple-vehicle collision where someone was thrown from a car and landed on the road, according to the California Highway Patrol. Frank Mallicoat reports
