Handcuffed man on the run after stealing San Jose police car

San Jose police are searching for a suspect proving hard to find, and even harder to hold once caught. 40-year-old Andrew Trujillo allegedly stole a police car in San Jose and drove 23 miles to Hayward, where he got out and ran off.
