March from Castro to City Hall to commemorate Milk, Moscone assassinations

The City of San Francisco marked the anniversary of one of the defining days in its history. 40 years ago SF Mayor George Moscone and Supervisor Harvey Milk were killed by disgruntled former Supervisor, Dan White, inside City Hall. Milk is a gay rights/ LGBTQ icon. He taught others self love, acceptance and the importance of fighting for equality.
