SFPD considers policy change where officers can't ask people to sit down

SFPD Chief William Scott says a draft of a policy shift where officers can't ask people they are questioning or detaining to be seated is a proactive step and that it's about respect. The Police Officers Union doesn't agree and there are concerns officers' safety would be jeopardized. KTVU's Jana Katsuyama reports.
