Safe spaces and rec centers for kids in event of Oakland teachers strike

There will be safe spaces open at 15 recreation centers and public libraries throughout the city. The centers will be staffed by volunteers and will be open between 8 a.m. and 3 p.m. on weekdays during the strike. Students at the centers will be provided with food. Cristina Rendon reports
