Negotiations, Oakland teacher strike to continue Tuesday

California State schools Superintendent Tony Thurmond and former U.S. Labor Secretary Robert Reich lent their voices during the continuing Oakland teachers strike Monday. The majority of the district's 37,000 students have not had "school as usual." The union says Thurmond will be involved in negotiations as the strike goes into Day 4. KTVU's Jana Katsuyama reports.
