Tentative agreement reached in Oakland teachers strike

There were cheers on the picket lines as a tentative agreement was reached on Friday in the 7-day Oakland teacher strike. Teachers still have to vote to ratify any agreement before the strike officially ends. KTVU's Rob Roth reports.
