Newsom moratorium reignites death penalty debate

Execution equipment was being dismantled at San Quentin State Prison on Wednesday, the same day California Gov. Newsom signed a moratorium on the death penalty, essentially halting executions for more than 700 death row inmates. KTVU's Rob Roth reports.
