Parking ban protest in Berkeley

At the corner of Eighth Street and Harrison in Berkeley, people in rows of RV's are, for now, calling this home. They are caught in a controversy, as the Berkeley City Council contemplates a final vote on whether to ban RV's from parking overnight. Jana Katsuyma reports
