BART police chief to retire

BART Chief of Police Carlos Rojas says he's stepping down next month after two years on the job and 30 years in law enforcement. At age 50 the chief has only positive things to say about the transit system, but acknowledges the challenges of open rampant drug use, officer-involved shootings and the murder of Nia Wilson that happened on his watch.
