Legal battle over California emission standards

The State of California filed a lawsuit Friday against two federal agencies saying they are breaking the law. State Attorney General Xavier Becerra said requests for data on a proposed rollback of vehicle emission standards was ignored. KTVU's Jana Katsuyama reports.
