Port Commission asked to delay vote on Embarcadero homeless navigation center

Opponents of a proposed homeless navigation center near San Francisco's Embarcadero are saying city leaders are not listening to their concerns. The facility would provide up to 225 beds for many who are currently sleeping on city sidewalks. The land where the shelter would go is owned by the Port Commission. KTVU's Amber Lee reports.
