San Rafael's Dixie school district votes to change its name, linked to Confederacy

The Dixie School District, which operates four schools in San Rafael, voted Tuesday to change its name by next school year after critics said the name was linked to the Confederacy and slavery. KTVU's Debora Villalon reports.
