Sean Spicer speaks at Cal, advises students: 'Think before you tweet'

Former White House press secretary Sean Spicer spoke at UC Berkeley Wednesday night, but his appearance was muted compared to other conservatives on the speaking circuit. There were no barricades, no protesters but there was a good turnout. KTVU's Debora Villalon reports.
