Santa Cruz residents petition to stop needle exchange programs from expanding

Some Santa Cruz area residents are circulating a petition to stop needle exchanges in the region and are worried the intervention programs are leading to syringes in waterways and beaches. KTVU's Maureen Naylor reports.
