FBI, Oakland police swarm residential home, arrest man on suspicion of bank robbery charge

Oakland police and the FBI on Tuesday arrested a 49-year-old man on suspicion of bank robbery, taking him into custody at a hospital where his wife recently gave birth to their second child, sources and neighbors said. Henry Lee reports
