Boat crushed in Oakland estuary police sweep

An Oakland boat owner says he's homeless and he blames police. He says the boat, where he lives was towed and demolished on Wednesday during a police sweep of the Oakland estuary. You can see the moment where a backhoe punches a hole into the boat. The owner says his boat was towed illegally. Jana Katsuyama reports.
