Mayor Breed holds town hall in Tenderloin, remains committed to making neighborhood safer

Topics at a Mayor Breed's Tenderloin town hall meeting Monday night included homelessness, cleaning up human waste from the streets and excessive drug activity. Still, the mayor says she is committed to making the neighborhood a safer place for residents. KTVU's Paul Chambers reports.
