Critics say Vallejo Police Department rife with racism

Vallejo City council members abandoned a meeting that was disrupted and police cleared the room after a crowd of protesters vented their frustrations over recent police shootings and other questionable encounters. Critics say the police department is running rampant with racism. KTVU's Debora Villalon reports.
