Parts of Bay Area sees staggering increase in homeless adult population

The Bay Area is seeing a sharp rise in the number of homeless adults living on the streets. In Santa Clara, data from January shows an increase of more than 30% from 2017. Alameda County saw a staggering 43% jump from two years ago and San Francisco saw a 17% increase in the same time span.
