Oakland cell phone theft caught on camera

It's a crime of opportunity, but one that police typically won't investigate. But this time a surveillance camera captured the cell-phone theft, which happened in Oakland at 7th and Harrison in the Chinatown neighborhood. KTVU's Amber Lee reports the woman who was robbed by young suspects, hopes the footage helps capture the thieves.
