Vallejo searches for a new police chief

The city of Vallejo has begun its search for a new police chief by asking residents what kind of leader they want. The vacancy comes with the department in turmoil over questions of officer conduct, use of force, and accusations of racism. KTVU's Debora Villalon reports.
