This latest unseasonable Bay Area heat wave is not only causing tracks to warp, but is also making for some sweltering conditions for riders on the trains. The air conditioning on many trains is not in working order. KTVU's Jana Katsuyama got a reading of 107 degrees on a train with a temperature gauge.
