CHP investigates Caldecott Tunnel shooting

A driver was hit by a bullet in the fourth bore of the tunnel about 8 p.m. Sunday and was taken to the hospital, the CHP. A passenger was grazed by a bullet but did not go to the hospital, an officer said. The CHP said this is an "isolated incident." Elissa Harrington reports
