Homicide victim remembered as a hardworking tow truck driver

A South Bay father, who was killed in a rural road in unincorporated San Mateo County, is being remembered Wednesday night as a hardworking tow truck driver. KTVU's Azenith Smith reports he's the second murder victim found on a stretch of Woodside's Skyline Boulevard in 24 hours.
