Linda Mar State Beach gets an F grade on water quality

Three Bay Area beaches made the annual top 10 list for California's Dirtiest Beaches. Scientists say the problems are due to the heavy rainy season. KTVU's Rob Roth reports from Linda Mar State Beach, which received a failing grade when it comes to water quality.
