12-year-old boy, three adults wounded in East Oakland Shooting

Four people, including a 12-year-old boy, are recovering tonight after being wounded during a shooting in East Oakland. The shooting was reported just after midnight Sunday outside an apartment complex near Brookdale and Cooliage Avenues.
