San Francisco city leaders break ground on affordable housing project

One of San Francisco's most persistent problems is the high cost of living. It's a big reason many families and residents are forced to leave. KTVU's Rob Roth reports on some hope on the horizon as city officials broke ground on an affordable housing project.
