Group seeking to halt SF South Beach navigation center files lawsuit

A group of residents in San Francisco's South Beach neighborhood opposing a SAFE Navigation Center in the area filed a lawsuit Wednesday against the city in Sacramento County Superior Court, seeking to stop the center's construction. KTVU's Amber Lee says the mayor wants the center up and running by December.
