Santa Rosa police arrest man in hit-and-run that injured toddler

Police have arrested a man suspected of a drunken hit-and-run crash that sent a toddler to the hospital Thursday afternoon. KTVU's Debora Villalon reports the little girl is expected to survive and the suspect has prior DUIs on his record.
