Toddler struck in Santa Rosa hit-and-run doing better than expected
A 2-year-old girl who ran into traffic and was struck by a suspected DUI driver this week is recovering in the hospital and is doing better than expected. KTVU's Debora Villalon reports the driver had his license suspended for DUI in 2013, but went on to get three more DUI convictions. He's currently in jail for this latest incident.
