NTSB arrives to investigate fatal Hayward helicopter crash

Federal investigators with the NTSB arrived in Hayward on Tuesday to determine why a helicopter crashed a day earlier, killing a veteran flight instructor. KTVU's Rob Roth spoke with investigators and a man who knew the pilot.
