Cal Fire aims to keep wild fires controllable in Contra Costa County

Cal Fire has brought in special crews to Contra Costa County to begin a massive project aimed at keeping potential wildfires small and more uncontrollable. KTVU's Rob Roth reports on what exactly fuel breaks do in combating grass fires.
