BART selects Engineer Robert Powers as new General Manager

Engineer Robert Powers, after seven years as a BART executive, 20 years in the industry, was named the system's new General Manager replacing Grace Crunican who retired earlier this month. He starts out with a trust deficit and a lot to prove. Tom Vacar reports.
