New proposal would require gun owners in San Jose to carry liability insurance

San Jose Mayor Sam Liccardo is proposing a first-of-its kind ordinance, requiring gun owners to purchase liability insurance for their weapon. KTVU?s Jesse Gary reports the mayor admits this isn?t a cure all for gun crimes.
