S.F. attack suspect surrenders on older warrant

A man charged with recently attacking a woman at her San Francisco condominium building surrendered to authorities on Monday in connection to a previous incident where he allegedly threatened to kill a group of people as they waited for a rideshare near 4th and Brannan streets, authorities said.
