Presidential candidate Tom Steyer campaigns in San Francisco

Democratic presidential candidate and billionaire Tom Steyer appeared at San Francisco's Commonwealth Club Monday night to speak to an audience of potential voters. KTVU's Amber Lee reports he's in the race to take action on issues including; health care, immigration and climate change.
