Dramatic drop in bridge toll fare cheats

There are fewer toll cheats on Bay Area bridges thanks to a new law that requires car dealers to issue temporary license plates before a car hits the road with numbers that can be tracked. KTVU's Jana Katsuyama reports on the new data from the Bay Area Toll Authority.
