Opponents of a 38-story housing development proposal by Rubicon in Oakland say the high rise will bring traffic and noise their neighborhood, but not affordable housing. KTVU's Amber Lee reports the project proposed to go near 19th Street BART station has many union representatives concerned about jobs, safety and affordability.
